SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once your order has been placed and payment processed, you will receive an automatic email immediately confirming your order. This is your receipt and should be retained for your records. In our effort to save trees we do not include an invoice in your order. We’re sure you don’t mind!
This email will contain an order number, a detailed list of your order, as well as the shipping and billing details as provided by the purchaser. Please check it over for accuracy and notify us at once if you notice any discrepancies.
Note: if you do not receive this email, contact us ASAP. Your email address may have been typed incorrectly or this email may have been filter by a SPAM blocker set on your email program.
Standard shipping rate of R89 will be charged. We deliver to the whole of South Africa, except PO box addresses.
Delivery is free for all orders over R700 to main city centers. Unfortunately, remote locations will incur an additional shipping surcharge.

Within South Africa
Wonderlands operates from Hout Bay, South Africa. This means, the closer you are to us the faster you get your goodies. Unfortunately we can’t control everything, but we try hard believe us. So worst-case scenario you get your wonders within 5 days maximum (except for remote) and best case is next day delivery.
In Stock products: Courier within Cape Town takes 1-2 working days and other areas between 2-3 working days. Outlying areas usually take 5-7 working days.
Made To Order products: 3-4 weeks production lead time. Thereafter 1-7 days courier delivery to your home depending on your location.
Transit time is in business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays). Please allow additional time for orders shipping outside the main city centers.
Delivery hours are between 9-5 Monday to Friday.
Please note that all orders (for in stock and made to order products) are only activated once we have received confirmation of your payment and the payment has cleared.
As you know couriers’ companies do not offer delivery slots. Please make sure that the address you supply will have someone there to accept your parcel. How about putting your work address as you might spend most of your days there? If there is no one around to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact the recipient via telephone so that a new delivery day can be arranged.
It goes without saying that anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
wonderlands.co.za assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item. Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal.
We will always assist customers with a happy ending in the event of an unfortunate delivery experience. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise.
Note: If you stay in the vicinity and you prefer, you can also collect your order by arranging a pick-up time with Fleur on 082 225 0051 at our studio in Hout Bay. As soon as payment is received, we will get your order packed. You should be able to collect the next day, but we will notify you as soon as you order is awaiting pick-up.
Outside South Africa
Delivery outside South Africa can be done by special request. Please get in contact with Fleur at email@example.com, she will gladly send you a quotation for the cost of delivery. Unfortunately because of the varied nature of International delivery costs our advertised rates or free delivery thresholds are only valid for deliveries within South Africa.
Tracking your order
Still wondering where your “Wonderlands” is? If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time frame, you can track your parcel with the tracking number supplied by our shopping system. If the matter does not get resolved, you are welcome to get in touch with us and we’ll make sure to do wonders for you! Please know and understand that these are not grounds for an order to be refunded or cancelled.
