RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 7 days of the date of delivery. All returns are subject to pre-approval on a case-by-case basis. Please send an email to email@example.com before starting the process. We will help you with the specifics and answer any questions about your return. Please note that any returns past the 7-day period will not be honoured.
The products must be in their original condition, unused and in saleable condition. Products showing signs of use or missing labels are not considered new and thus are considered non-returnable.
Please understand that we will ask you to cover the cost of the courier back to us, unless the item is not what you ordered, defective or damaged.
Once we have received back your item you will be able to choose something else from the online shop or we will offer you a refund.
If your order is damaged in anyway on delivery, please notify us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange to get you a new item as soon as possible.
Once goods are collected, checked, and deemed fit for resale, your refund will be processed. All refunds are made within 14 days of return being finalized and you will be refunded in the same manner as your original payment method. For card payments this can take up to 10 business days.
Note: we cannot offer an exchange or refund for any items that have been custom made to your specifications or personalised for you as they cannot be resold.
This also applies to gift vouchers.
