What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery is free for all orders over R700 to main city centers. Unfortunately, remote locations will incur an additional shipping surcharge.

How long will delivery take?

Wonderlands operates from Hout Bay, South Africa. This means, the closer you are to us the faster you get your wonderful order. Unfortunately we can’t control everything, but we try hard believe us.

In Stock products: Courier within Cape Town takes 1-2 working days and other areas between 2-3 working days. Outlying areas usually take 5-7 working days.

Made To Order products: 3-4 weeks production lead time. There-after 1-7 days courier delivery to your home depending on your location.

Transit time is in business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). Delivery hours are between 9-5 Monday to Friday.

Please note that all orders (in stock and made to order products) are only activated once we have received confirmation of your payment and the payment has cleared.

What is Wonderlands' return policy?

Returns or exchanges can be considered within 7 days of the date of delivery. All returns are subject to pre-approval on a case-by-case basis.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order has been placed and payment processed, you will receive an automatic email immediately confirming your order. This is your receipt and should be retained for your records, in our effort to save trees we do not include an invoice in your order. We’re sure you don’t mind!

This email will contain an order number, a detailed list of your order, as well as the shipping and billing details as provided by the purchaser. Please check it over for accuracy and notify us at once if you notice any discrepancies.

If you do not receive this email, contact us ASAP. Your email address may have been typed incorrectly or this email may have been filter by a SPAM blocker set on your email program.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Greenpop inspires us everyday to be more mindful of our environment. So, just like them, we believe in restoring the ecosystem, so we prefer not to print any invoices. You'll simply receive it by email.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

Redeeming your gift voucher is easy. Simply follow these steps:
Add the items you want to your shopping cart and then click "view basket" at the top right of the site.

Towards the bottom of the page you will see the title "Coupon Code".

You can enter your coupon code here (that you will find on your gift voucher) and the value will be deducted from your order.

You can then proceed to checkout where you will be asked to pay only the remaining balance.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and can be used on every product of the website however they are redeemable only once.
Vouchers purchased are not redeemable for cash, not refundable & non-transferable.
A gift voucher cannot be used to buy another gift voucher.
Gift Voucher balances are not exchangeable for cash or any other type of credit.

Wonderlands always strives to provide the best quality products. Our process implies a quality check of all our products and accessories before sending them off to you. Please be aware that small parts may present a choking hazard.

Children and babies should never be left unsupervised while using these products. It is important to inspect products regularly for any wear and tear and to discard any item that shows signs of damage. Once purchased from us, the buyer assumes full responsibility and liability for our products and the use thereof.
Wonderlands waives all responsibility and liability from the use of our products once sold and shipped to the buyer. The nursery essential information is as in our product description and it is up to the buyer to ultimately determine the suitability of these for their end use.
